About the role

Well known children's apparel company is seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to oversee production from pre-production through final delivery, working closely with internal teams and overseas manufacturing partners.
Key responsibilities: Manage production calendars, schedules, capacity, and delivery timelines Coordinate with factories, Sourcing, Product Development, Technical Design, QA, Compliance, and Logistics Monitor quality, testing, compliance, and production performance Identify and resolve production issues and risks Track WIP, delivery status, and key production KPIsBuild strong factory relationships and drive continuous improvement
What we’re looking for: 5–8 years of experience in apparel production, manufacturing, or supply chain Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and factory operations Experience with overseas factories and high-volume programs Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel; PLM/ERP experience is a plus Ability to travel domestically and internationally Please submit your resume for consideration!
