An established real estate and capital markets firm is seeking aVice President in Capital Marketsto join their growing Dallas office. This is a mid-level VP role focused on real estate debt, with primary responsibility across capital markets execution and trading-related activities.
Role Overview: The Vice President will play a key role in the structuring, execution, and management of securitizations and loan transactions. This position sits at the intersection of capital markets, investors, rating agencies, and legal counterparties, with a strong emphasis on bond structuring and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supportbond and securitization structuringfor real estate debt transactions Manageinvestor relationships, including marketing, execution, and ongoing engagement Act as a primary point of contact withrating agenciesthroughout the transaction lifecycle Coordinatelegal structuringfor securitizations and loan transactions, working closely with internal and external counsel Support trading and capital markets execution activities Contribute to other facets of the securitization process, including analytics, documentation, and post-closing support
Qualifications: Approximately 5+ years of experiencein capital markets, structured finance, or real estate debt Strong background insecuritizations and bond structuring Experience interacting withinstitutional investors, rating agencies, and legal teams Solid understanding of structured products, loan documentation, and transaction mechanics Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment
