Powder Coating TechnicianTMCO is currently seeking Powder Coating Technicians for our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to support our growing production team.
Qualifications and Skills: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently Ability to stand for long periods of time Comfortable working in a warm environment Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Detail oriented Ability to work well on a team
Job Duties: Supporting ALL aspects of a very busy productive powder coating facility. Including but not limited to: Apply powder coating to parts Load and unload products on a moving track system Prepare parts before coating Inspect coated parts to ensure quality standards are met Package finished product Assist with basic product assembly as needed Keep work area clean and follow all safety rules
