Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay Range: $20/hr - $23/hr (+ 10% shift differential for 3rd shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | OT Available

About the Opportunity: A growing metal manufacturing operation in the Cincinnati area is hiring Powder Coat Painters for both 1st and 3rd shift. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in surface prep, coating quality, and consistent results. What You'll Do:

Prepare parts for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment
Cure parts according to specifications and quality standards
Inspect finished parts for coverage, consistency, and defects
Maintain spray equipment and keep booth areas clean
Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

What You'll Need:

Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and flexibility for OTAbility to stand, move, and handle parts throughout the shift
