About the role

Management Consultant And Project ManagerX/Celerant Consulting is seeking several full-time experienced Management Consultants and Project Managers to join our team anywhere in the United States. This role will be responsible for overseeing multiple workstreams in a manufacturing setting, installing metrics and LEAN tools and delivering tangible results. He/she will work side by side with the clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. Experience in these areas is a must. Do not apply if you do not have this experience, please.Qualifications10+ years experience in Operations Management ConsultingBachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or other related fieldsDemonstrated experience leading a team to implement LEAN tools in a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a team environment and prioritize duties effectivelyExperience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plusDemonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategyAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship100% travel requiredPhysical requirements: Must be able to see, hear, walk through manufacturing sites with occasional stairs
