About the role

K&A Engineering is seeking a Construction Manager to lead transmission construction/maintenance initiatives across Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio. You will ensure safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to schedules while coordinating outages and managing multiple projects. The role requires knowledge of regulatory requirements (NERC, EPC, state regulators) and experience in resource/work management plus contract administration. Excellent communication is essential.
