About the role
James Hardie is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to support our global intellectual property function. You will assist with trademark filings, clearance searches, and portfolio management across US, EU, and APAC regions.
You will review marketing materials for TM compliance, coordinate with outside counsel, and help maintain robust trademark records. The role reports to the VP of Global IP and requires collaboration across regions, with travel as needed.
