About the role

Workday Talent Hub seeks a Compensation & Benefits Specialist / Total Rewards to design and manage base salary, incentive, and bonus programs aligned with business strategy. You will lead annual compensation processes, conduct market benchmarking, and ensure internal equity. You will partner with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and leadership on job leveling, pay decisions, and offer strategy, while overseeing benefits programs, vendor relationships, and open enrollment.
