Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PMLunch: 2:30 PM-3:30 PMWe are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. This role supports the daily operations of a busy office and showroom environment while assisting with administrative tasks, customer service, data entry, and general office support.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Welcome and assist customers and visitors. Perform general receptionist and administrative duties. Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems. Prepare reports, update records, and maintain documentation. Accept customer payments and process checks and related transactions. Assist with mailings, packages, and shipments. Support office organization and maintain a clean, professional work environment. Assist with basic account reconciliations and recordkeeping. Provide backup support to other office departments as needed. Assist with vehicle, title, DMV, and related paperwork. Operate office equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning new software and technology systems. Basic math and problem-solving skills. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
