About the role
Fintech Software company in Southern CT is hiring for a Senior Front-End Software Engineer. The company is a successful, growing business with approximately 1000+ employees that's been in business for over 10 years. The roles require hybrid in-office work 3 days per week, and the office is convenient to public transportation and parking is available for employees. Qualified candidates should have 5-6+ years of experience building complex web-based systems, and day-to-day work will be done with React.js, HTML, CSS (other modern Javascript frameworks will be considered.) Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Typescript is appreciated. BSCS or equivalent is preferred. The Senior Front-End SW Engineer will participate in full life-cycle design and development of new features as well as enhancements of existing products. You will be responsible for leading projects and providing mentorship to the team. The group works in a collaborative environment so applicants must possess excellent communication skills.
