About the role

PALS Santa Barbara is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Adult Day Program in Goleta, CA. You will provide person-centered support to adults with disabilities, helping them build independence, confidence, and everyday skills. This role emphasizes teamwork, patient care, and meaningful community-based activities. You will transport participants, assist with daily living tasks, document appropriately, and participate in trainings and staff meetings.
