Role Description:
This full-time Sales Representative role is based in Nashville, TN. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining generator products and services, and conducting consultations to assess customer needs. The Sales Representative will prepare and present quotes, follow up on leads, manage a sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves coordinating with installation and service teams, ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support. The Sales Representative is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while representing Generator Supercenter in a professional, ethical manner.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate ability in consultative sales, including prospecting, needs assessment, and closing deals. Experience building and maintaining customer relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfort using CRM or sales management tools and basic proficiency with standard office software. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively. Previous experience in home services, construction, electrical, or related industries is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is advantageous. Reliable transportation for customer visits in the Nashville, TN area and willingness to work some evenings or weekends.
