About the role

ESC has an opportunity for an Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative. This role supports existing customers after the sale and helps the sales team keep orders moving. It is a service and sales support position with no cold calling or direct selling. Reporting to the senior inside sales and customer service team member, the representative will be a reliable point of contact for order questions, shipping updates, and day-to-day customer needs. The role works fully onsite in Hartford, WI.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer requests to add items to existing orders, check shipment timing, and provide tracking information. Enter, update, and review orders in Epicor, keeping information accurate and customers informed. Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to resolve order or delivery questions. Follow up on open requests and provide clear, timely updates to customers. Assist with trade show booth coverage if interested and available.
Qualifications: An Associate’s Degree preferred, with 1-2 years of customer service, inside sales support, order management, or related experience. Strong attention to detail and comfort working in an order management system; Epicor experience is a plus. Clear communication skills and a helpful, dependable approach to customer support. Ability to manage several requests at once and follow each through to resolution. Availability to work fully onsite.
