About the Role: We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer who enjoys building modern cloud-native applications and wants to work on cutting-edge AI-powered software. You'll build scalable backend services, intuitive React applications, data-driven solutions, and AI-enabled features while collaborating closely with architects, product owners, and engineers. What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications Build scalable REST APIs using Python (FastAPI preferred)Develop responsive React applications using modern frontend practices Design relational database schemas and write efficient SQL queries Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data processing workflows Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets to identify trends and drive application functionality Develop cloud-native applications deployed on Microsoft Azure Integrate Generative AI capabilities including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs, and AI agents into production applications Collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, and fellow engineers throughout the software development lifecycle Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and improve application reliability Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Use modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, or similar platforms to improve engineering productivity
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of professional full-stack software development experience 2+ years of professional experience developing applications with Python or React (experience with both strongly preferred)Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIsExperience designing relational databases and writing complex SQL queries Experience developing cloud-hosted applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Experience building data processing, ETL, or data integration pipelines Experience working with Git and modern software development workflows Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing complex datasets using SQL, Python, or statistical analysis techniques Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills
