This is an excellent evaluation-to-hire opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and apartment leasing experience.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, DOELanguage Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Experience: Minimum 1 year of leasing experience required

Software: RealPage experience preferred

Greet and assist prospective residents Conduct apartment and community tours Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person Explain floor plans, rental rates, lease terms, and community amenities Process rental applications and lease documentation Maintain accurate prospect and resident records Follow up with prospective residents throughout the leasing process Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
Bilingual English/Spanish required
RealPage experience preferred
Weekend availability required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable attendance and punctuality
ScheduleMonday, Tuesday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMWednesday & Thursday: OffSaturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMSunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PMDress Code
