Machine Operator - Automated Manufacturing | 2nd Shift

Job TitleJob Description Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience Experience operating moderately complex or automated manufacturing equipment Ability to perform equipment setup, routine maintenance, and preventative maintenance Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to recognize and report deviations from specifications Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently within approved process documentation Proficient in English, including reading and writing Ability to analyze charts, follow simple diagrams, and perform basic arithmetic Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Ability to follow safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures Ability to work overtime as required Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred Responsibilities: Set up and operate moderately complex or automated manufacturing equipment Adjust machine settings and perform routine equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot equipment and resolve basic machine-performance issues Perform routine production functions, including filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting Inspect in-process parts to ensure consistent product quality Identify and remove defective products, packaging, and component materials Use gauges, jigs, and fixtures to measure parts within specified tolerances Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product issues Monitor product quality according to established control procedures Review charts and follow diagrams, testing procedures, and inspection instructions Identify the need for minor equipment repairs Perform cleanup functions in sterilized areas as needed Maintain accurate quality, safety, and maintenance documentation Follow established procedures in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Follow all client safety and housekeeping policies Work overtime as required to meet business needs Perform other duties as required Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
