Job DescriptionHours: 1st shift Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm Pay: $30/hour Job Description: Assembles fabricated parts to subassemblies and complete units. Understands Part numbers and able to read assembly drawings/schematics Uses hand and power tools and other assembly equipment. (tape measures etc) Reading, writing and communication skills necessary Assembling components and ensuring that all parts are fitted correctly. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing repairs. Fits, tests, and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Ability to crimp hoses, run wiring or hoses along a large assembly and attach to the correct parts Checking work Requirements: Lifting heavy objects, such as toolboxes and machine parts, using overhead cranes Reading blueprints or schematics for assembly Gathering components Aligning components to ensure functionality Testing machines and making adjustments Connecting components Adding lubricants, coatings, or paint Maintaining equipment Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
