Warehouse Processing Indianapolis, IN Full Time Athletic Annex Entry LevelPOSITION OVERVIEW Athletic Annex is looking for an Amazon Warehouse & eCommerce Customer Service Associate to support our growing online business. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the ins-and-outs of eCommerce. You'll play a key role in ensuring customers have a great experience by assisting with online service, processing orders, and keeping our Amazon sales channel replete with product. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Cross-Docking & Inventory Management Cross-dock inventory bound for Amazon Distribution (FBA) Manage and process eCommerce returns (sequelbyannex.com, and Amazon FBA/FBM) Package, label, and ship customer orders. Manage refurbishment process for Sequel inventory. Customer Service Provide friendly, timely customer support through digital sales channels (email, chat, online platforms).Assist customers with questions on orders, returns, and product details. Deliver a positive brand experience in every interaction. Qualification Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or online) preferred but not required. Interest in learning e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar) Team player with a customer-first mindset and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications. Ability to lift up to 30lbs at a time, and endurance to walk or stand for long periods of time.
