Provide individual and group therapy to residents. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing follow-ups. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care. Maintain accurate and timely electronic records. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture. Licensed Marriage and
Family Therapist Qualifications:
Licensed LMFT or Clinical Psychologist (Ph. D., Psy. D., or Ed. D.) in NJ or LCSW.Compassion and a genuine interest in working with the senior population. Credentialed for Medicare/Medicaid or willingness to obtain credentials. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ready to hit the ground running and make a difference!
Note: This role requires you to work onsite 100% of the time.
