Washington, DC 20433 Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon
Must have:
Minimum 8 years of USA experience required. The client is looking for an AI Tech Lead with 10+ years of software engineering experience and a strong background in both AI and application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/Generative AI solutions while also being capable of leading technical teams. Must-Have Skills:10+ years of software engineering/application development experience. Strong development background in. NET/C#/Python, and Java Script/Type Script.5+ years of Azure/AWS Cloud and modern application architecture. Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI).Experience building Agentic AI and RAG solutions. Hands-on with Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen, CrewAI, MCP, or similar frameworks. Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AKS, Containers, Cosmos DB, SQL, REST APIs, and Microservices.
