Administrative Assistant(Mandarin&English)Share Apply Full-time $22.00 - 25.00 per hourBenefits:Provides employees discounts to dine at all 1500+ Haidilao Hot Pot locations globallyProvides on-site staff mealProvides medical insurance to qualified full-time employeesProvides 401k match to qualified employeesProvides birthday gift and celebrationThe Administrative Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the restaurant and other logistic departments as assigned.Education / Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance or HR related field (preferred)Previous HR experience is preferredFluent in English / Preferred languages: Mandarin and SpanishRequired Skills/Abilities:Majored in HR and be familiar with the local HR laws and ordinary regulations. (Preferred)Majored in Finance or have finance experience. (Preferred)More than 1 years of HR work experience, restaurants work experience is preferredAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varied projects, deadlines and prioritiesAdvanced problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracyHardworking, professional dedication, strong interpersonal communication skills, and strong teamwork spiritDuties/Responsibilities:Count daily sales and performs other accounting duties.Responsible for leading the procedures of recruiting, employment, changes, vacation, and resignation.Performs the onboarding process for new employees and verifies employee documentationConduct new hire orientation including review of the Employee handbook and completing new hire documentationUpdates and maintains employee personnel files and recordsConduct payroll processing on ADP, attend to payroll related problem, and report back to the HR department.Distribute and pass on company files and other HR notification to employeesMaintain database records and compiles reports from database as neededTakes proactive approaches when dealing with employee concernsPartner with front house manager and back house manager to support the operationPerforms other duties as assigned
