Corporate Strategy Associate Manager

Location: Negotiable The Americas Growth & Strategy Associate Manager will help drive the strategic direction for Accenture's largest Market. We will serve as trusted advisors to the Americas business and leadership team, with a range of responsibilities including developing the Americas growth strategy, business strategies, operational strategies, V&A agenda, and investment strategy. We will also serve as a strategic consulting function for the Americas, solving critical complex problems for the business across industries, reinvention partners, reinvention engines, and market units. The Americas Corporate Strategy Associate Manager will play a key role in helping to deliver our Americas G&S projects, including: Helping to identify and structuring the problem Testing hypotheses Owning research and analysis Interacting with stakeholders Interviewing SMEsPresenting recommendations to the team and leadership Implementing interventions and monitoring progress

Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Skills: Understanding of industry dynamics, value creation opportunities, and use of technology for competitive advantage Strong MS Office skills Strategy Consulting Professional: An aptitude for creative problem solving Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting Ability to work independently and manage consulting teams Analytical approach; structured thinker Ability to work with leadership in a trusted advisor capacity Problem identification, structuring, and analysis skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
