We're committed to excellence and seek talented individuals who share our passion and values.What you'll do:Answer and direct incoming calls, providing accurate information or routing to the appropriate team memberWelcome team members, visitors, candidates, and vendors, ensuring a professional and positive experienceManage building access, including visitor sign-in and badge issuanceSupport job applicant coordination and new hire onboarding activities, including collecting and maintaining documentationAssist with drafting correspondence, communications, and presentationsCoordinate meetings and conference calls, including scheduling and logisticsPlan and support team member events and company activities, including coordination of logistics, vendors, and materialsAssist with larger, site-level events, including occasional evening or weekend supportReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mailMaintain office supplies, equipment, and common areas, coordinating maintenance and procurement as neededSupport continuous improvement efforts by helping document and streamline processesPartner with the functional Human Resources team members to support specific initiativesManage assigned projects with minimal oversight and adapt to changing prioritiesProvide general administrative support and complete other duties as assignedRegular, reliable attendance is required.
