About the role

H&R Block is seeking a Director of Financial Services – Credit to lead the development of digital credit experiences and credit-related products. This role is remote-friendly and reports to the VP of Financial Services. You will guide product managers, collaborate with risk and compliance teams, and work across functions to shape strategy, oversee underwriting models, and drive performance across lending portfolios. Strong leadership and analytics are required.
