About the role

Disaster Recovery Program Lead Purpose: Serve as the primary execution lead for Disaster Recovery program initiatives, application onboarding, recovery strategy development, testing coordination, and remediation efforts across Tier 0-3 business applications. Callouts: This role is fully remote but candidates must be near one of the offices - Providence RI, Allentown PA, or BOC in KYWork is technical and will cover many different platforms Excellent communication skills required
Key Responsibilities: Lead DR assessments and recovery strategy workshops with application owners. Develop and review Recovery Plans, Runbooks, Test Plans, and After Action Reports. Coordinate annual DR testing activities, failover exercises, and readiness assessments. Analyze application dependencies, RTOs, RPOs, and recovery requirements. Drive remediation efforts and track gaps to closure. Support Service Now BCM implementation and operational processes. Produce status reporting, metrics, and executive-ready updates.
Qualifications: 6-8 years of Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure, or Business Continuity experience. Strong understanding of DR testing, recovery planning, and recovery governance. Experience working with enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity teams. Experience with Service Now BCM, CMDB, Azure, and IT governance processes preferred.
