7+ years of Business Analysis experience, extensive experience authoring BRDs, functional requirements, and user stories, CLM implementation experience, Ironclad experience, healthcare provider contracting experience, process mapping and workflow design experience, SAFe Agile experience, experience working directly with implementation teams and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Skills & Experience:
Experience with contract templates, clause libraries, and approval workflows, knowledge of provider fee schedules and contracting operations, experience creating requirements traceability matrices, healthcare payer experience, Lean Six Sigma certification.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and process design efforts for a Contract Lifecycle Management implementation. This individual will work directly with business stakeholders and implementation teams to document current-state processes, define future-state workflows, and create detailed business and functional requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with experience supporting contract lifecycle management initiatives and complex process transformation programs.
