About the role
Lead Hair Stylist Exciting opportunity to grow with locally-owned salons across Lakewood Ranch. Looking for an experienced Manager and Stylists at our location in Lakewood Ranch, FL.Provide guests with excellent service! Our services are on cutting, styling, & coloring. Delivering great experience at all times by providing quality consultations, exceptional service, and the skills to create the desired look. If you have leadership experience and have a dedication to great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Current State of Florida Cosmetology or Barber license.
- Prior salon management experience required
- Always on customer service focus
- Keen attention to quality service
- Leader to motivate and build a team & also be a team player
- Desire to learn new techniques
- Know the latest trends and styles
- Dedicated to staff development
- Able to give classes and train staff on a consistent basis
- Flexibility required including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Strong cash management skills / POS and computer skills
