Job Description
Visual Inspection – Small Parts: A growing manufacturer in the Westbrook area is adding to its production team and seeking detail-oriented individuals for Visual Inspection. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week + potential overtime

No Inspection Experience Required Hands-on training is provided for qualified candidates! If you enjoy working with small parts, have good attention to detail, and are interested in learning a skilled manufacturing process, this could be a great opportunity to get started in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
  • Visually inspect small, precision parts for quality and defects
  • Use a microscope to examine detailed components
  • Follow specifications and quality standards
  • Handle small parts carefully and accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Work as part of a production team in a high-tech manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with small parts
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform detailed work
  • Previous microscope experience is helpful, but not required
  • Manufacturing, production, assembly, crafts, electronics, or other hands-on experience is a plus
  • Dependable and willing to learn
