About the role
Receptionist We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable handling phone calls, inquiries, deliveries, and general administrative tasks. Inverness, FL 34452 Duration: 8 months Work Arrangement: OnsiteAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries. Greet visitors and assist clients and families arriving at the office. Direct calls and in-person inquiries to the appropriate person, office, or resource. Handle and resolve customer questions or complaints professionally. Follow up on customer inquiries as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing mail using the postage machine. Keep the playroom tidy when it is used. Prepare and process closure letters. Perform case filing and maintain organized records. Access and complete forms using the shared drive. Assist with employee interviews and related administrative activities. Receive supply deliveries and organize items in the supply room. Maintain and restock the Blue Book. Deliver faxes at the end of the day. Replenish copier paper at the end of the day. Empty recycling boxes every Tuesday and Friday. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to handle phone calls and in-person inquiries effectively. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle administrative records. Comfortable working in a busy office environment. Basic computer and office equipment skills.
