About the role

Our client is looking to add an experienced Office Manager to their growing Denver team. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
  • Coordinate with office vendors and building management
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials
  • Maintain office supplies, files, and documentation
  • Provide light administrative support to leadership
  • Assist with onboarding and other operational tasks
  • Provide basic support with office technology and video meetings
Ideal candidates will have previous office management or administrative experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with limited oversight.
Salary: $65,000–$75,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, in office
