About the role

FPHNY seeks a part-time, grant-funded Group Facilitator to support the Infant Mortality Action Team (IMAT) at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. This in-person role requires attendance at CAT meetings in Long Island City for up to ~80 hours across the grant period. You will design agendas, guide discussions, maintain neutrality, capture themes and action items, and help translate input into data‑driven recommendations to eliminate Sudden Unexpected Infant Deaths and inform program
