Job Description: The Alden Shoe Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations within our dynamic production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining high-quality output.
Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing targets Lead and manage production teams, including assembly line workers and machine operators, promoting teamwork and productivity Ensure compliance with safety protocols, safety standards, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment Interpret and follow production documents and work orders accurately Promote continuous process improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs
Requirements: Proven experience in manufacturing facility operations with a strong understanding of factory processes Prior experience managing production or assembly teams within a manufacturing environment Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our manufacturing excellence while advancing your leadership skills within a professional setting.
