Senior Sales Executive – Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)
Position Overview: A global printed circuit board manufacturer is seeking experienced Senior Sales Executives to expand its presence across the United States. With manufacturing operations throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, the company provides high-quality PCB solutions for the military, aerospace, avionics, commercial, and medical industries. This position is responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate has established PCB industry experience and a proven record of success in technical B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue prospective customers within assigned markets and industries Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and internal teams Present PCB capabilities and participate in RFQ and RFP processes Evaluate the total addressable market within assigned territories Maintain accurate forecasts for new opportunities, contract values, and expected closing dates Track sales activity and opportunities using company systems and CRM tools Communicate engineering changes, production updates, and expected delivery dates to customers Review contracts, revisions, and quality specifications for accuracy Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and manufacturing facilities as needed
Travel requirement: approximately 20–40% Required QualificationsPCB industry experience is required Three or more years of PCB, electronics, or related technical B2B sales experience Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong customer relationship and account-management skills Ability to understand manufacturing processes, engineering requirements, production schedules, and lead times Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Highly motivated and able to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Working knowledge of CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications: Experience participating in RFQs or RFPs involving U.S. government agencies or government contractors Established relationships within the military, aerospace, avionics, medical, or commercial electronics industries #PEG2
