Job Description: Impact City FC | Salt Lake City, UTFull-Time, W-2 | $64,000–$70,000 annually Use your soccer leadership experience to develop players, disciple coaches, and serve others through the game. Impact City FC’s mission is to make an eternal impact on soccer culture. We are seeking a Director of Coaching to lead our Salt Lake City location with a heart for ministry and the ability to build a strong soccer program. This leader will oversee soccer operations and player development across two sites, recruit and disciple coaches, lead tryouts and team formation, support program growth, and coach as needed. We’re looking for coaching and soccer leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams. Alignment with our Christian mission and Statement of Faith is central to this role. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Salt Lake City. Compensation includes a $64,000–$70,000 salary, health insurance, PTO, retirement match, coaching license support, and an employee discount on all club and program fees.
