Princess Cruises is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented professionals to join our world-class onboard team. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service in accordance with Princess Cruises standards
Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and teamwork
Support daily operations and ensure a memorable guest experience
Follow company policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or cruise operations (role-specific)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to live and work onboard for extended contract periods
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
Valid passport and required medical certifications
