About the role

SMBC is seeking a Head of Accounts Payable for the Americas region. You will lead the AP function, ensuring accurate, timely processing, strong governance, and compliance. You will own the risk framework for AP and vendor data, monitor KPIs, and report to executives. You will drive end-to-end invoice-to-pay, manage period-close activities, and lead automation initiatives while guiding a high-performing team across multiple finance functions.
