About the role
Invitation Homes is seeking an Assistant Portfolio Manager to support the Portfolio Director in daily operations for single-family rental homes. You will help manage financials, maintain occupancy, and ensure policy compliance while delivering genuine customer service. You will assist with resident move-ins/outs, handle accounts receivable tasks, and document issues in our proprietary system, ensuring quality control and timely responses.
