About the role

About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team and support day-to-day accounts payable and receivable activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, staying organized, and supporting both internal teams and external vendors/customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Review invoices and purchase orders to ensure information is accurate and complete
  • Process invoices, payment requests, and electronic payments
  • Research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding account questions
  • Reconcile vendor and customer statements and investigate outstanding transactions
  • Maintain accurate records while following company policies and procedures
  • Provide general administrative and accounting support, including document processing and data entry
  • Assist with team priorities and additional workload when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning new processes and adapting to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Oracle or other accounting systems is a plus, but not requiredEEO Policy:
