About the role

SCA Health is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as the primary legal partner to the Supply Chain team. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex supplier agreements and strategic commercial arrangements, while shaping contracting standards and playbooks to improve efficiency and protect the business. The role requires advising Category Managers and Supply Chain leadership on strategy, risk allocation, and dispute resolution.
