Signature Landscape, a growing leader in the landscaping industry, is seeking an experienced Safety & Training Manager to lead company-wide safety, training, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts. This hands-on leadership role partners with branch managers, supervisors, and HeartLand safety leadership to build a culture of safety and accountability. You will design and deliver safety programs, manage LMS-based training, coordinate incident investigations, and drive Lean initiatives
