Senior Vice President, Disability & Leave (Remote - Anywhere in the U.S.)Lead Strategy. Drive Growth. Shape the Future. Broadspire is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Disability & Leave to lead the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our Disability & Leave business. This executive role will shape business strategy, drive innovation, and strengthen our position as an industry leader.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that drive profitability and market leadership
  • Lead Disability & Leave operations, quality, compliance, analytics, and client experience
  • Partner with executive leaders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions
  • Strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Identify market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities
  • Serve as an industry thought leader with clients, brokers, consultants, and industry partners

  • Executive leadership experience within Disability & Leave services
  • Proven success driving business growth, operational excellence, and financial performance
  • Strong expertise in claims operations, compliance, and client management
