Bristol Hospice is seeking a Care Consultant (Hospice Liaison) in El Paso, TX. The role focuses on building strong relationships with referral sources and connecting patients and families with high-quality end-of-life care. You will be out in the community daily, engaging hospitals, facilities and physician offices while traveling the Bristol service area. Salary is competitive with incentives; mileage reimbursement is provided.
