Territory SalesCompensation: Base salary $42,250 + uncapped commission (typical first-year earnings $60,000-$65,000Most established representatives earn $85,000 annually. In high-performing territories, top representatives can earn more than $100,000 per year.Eligible to earn up to an additional $5,000 through our Fast Track Bonus program by achieving new hire sales milestones.Work Environment: Field-based with home officeTravel: Approximately 30% overnight travelAbout the RoleThe Territory Sales Rep sells digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, developing new business, and managing a sales pipeline from initial contact through close.
