About the role
Owning the clip pipeline, the full-time Clip Picker and Video Reviewer will identify and review impactful moments from long-form content, ensuring 8 to 12 quality clips are tagged and ready for posting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Identify and tag 8 to 12 clip-worthy moments from each stream within 72 hours
Review and provide actionable feedback on video edits before posting to maintain quality
Track and analyze the performance of selected clips to improve future picks and maintain a high hit rate
Required qualifications
Experience in short-form content as an editor, social manager, or clipper for a creator with reach
Proven examples of selected moments that performed well, including metrics
Familiarity with Frame.io and ClickUp
Ability to work reliably within Pacific Time hours
