About the role

We are a luxury design studio producing limited-edition, heirloom-quality holiday works of art for the luxury gifting and collector market. We are looking for a seasoned credit card, loyalty, rewards, or luxury partnerships executive who now consults or advises brands and has strong relationships within organizations such as American Express, Chase, Citi, or other premium card programs. We are particularly interested in someone with experience in:• Premium cardmember programs and experiences • Membership rewards and loyalty • Luxury brand partnerships • High-net-worth / ultra-high-net-worth customer programs • Premium gifting and concierge programs • Strategic partnerships and business development Our goal is to explore opportunities to position our luxury Christmas books as an exclusive gift, reward, or member experience for premium cardmembers—potentially through programs such as American Express Membership Rewards or comparable offerings. We are seeking someone who can provide strategic guidance and, importantly, introductions to the right decision-makers within these organizations. We are open to a confidential advisory or consulting arrangement and are flexible on compensation depending on the scope of involvement. If you have relevant experience and relationships within the premium credit card or luxury partnership ecosystem—or know someone who does—please reach out directly.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
