NHC HealthCare Dickson Beautician/Stylist Join Our Team at NHC HealthCare Dickson NHC HealthCare Dickson is seeking a Beautician/Stylist who enjoys working with seniors and takes pride in helping patients and residents look and feel their best. This position provides professional hair-care services in a welcoming health care environment while supporting a positive experience for those we serve. Position Responsibilities Provide professional hair-care and styling services for patients and residents. Shampoo, cut, style, set, curl, and perm hair based on individual preferences and needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary salon area. Clean and disinfect tools and equipment according to applicable sanitation requirements. Maintain appropriate salon supplies and notify leadership when additional products or materials are needed. Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service to geriatric and other health care patients. Communicate professionally with patients, residents, families, and center team members. Follow applicable licensing requirements, sanitation standards, and NHC procedures.
Qualifications: Must have an active Tennessee cosmetology license. Experience setting and perming hair for senior ladies is required. Must have a sincere interest in and enjoy working with geriatric and other health care patients. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
