Art DirectorThis is a fully onsite role in St. Louis.Overview: Create strategic, brand driven creative across digital, social, print, packaging, and video channels.Work at the intersection of creative strategy, design, and AI innovation.Collaborate with experienced creative leaders, strategists, and copywriters on impactful campaigns.Use advanced AI tools to accelerate concept development and creative exploration.Join a collaborative agency environment focused on innovative brand solutions.Designer/Art Director Requirements3-7 years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or marketing environment.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative execution, and brand storytelling.Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience using AI creative tools such as Claude, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.Designer/Art Director Responsibilities:Translate brand strategies and business objectives into compelling visual concepts and creative solutions.Develop creative assets across digital, social media, print, video, packaging, and other marketing channels.Partner with Creative Directors, copywriters, and internal teams to develop ideas from concept through execution.Use AI tools throughout the creative process to generate ideas, refine concepts, and improve production workflows.Manage projects from kickoff through final delivery while maintaining brand consistency, quality, and deadlines.About ProfilesAn award-winning creative and marketing workforce solutions provider.
