About the role
Vantive seeks a Senior Principal Quality Engineer to lead quality support for Drug Products and Medical Device R&D, based in Oakdale, MN. The role is onsite at least 3 days per week with a team of ~50 scientists and engineers.
You will act as the primary quality SME, drive QMS documentation, support audits (EU GMP), CAPA management, and harmonize lab practices across R&D sites while ensuring GLP/GMP compliance.
