About the role
Experienced professionals will find a full-time contract opportunity as a Senior Federal Contracts Administrator, responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts while collaborating with Business Unit lawyers and internal departments to ensure compliance and manage business risks.
Key responsibilities
Review and negotiate NDAs, RFPs, contracts, and other legal documents
Analyze contract terms to identify risks and support pricing strategy development
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate contract reviews and negotiations
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of experience in contract review and negotiation within relevant markets
Experience managing federal contracts for executive department agencies
Familiarity with contracts funded by federal grant programs
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently or as part of a team
