Head Of Marketing Our client is a fast-growing, values-driven media company behind one of the most trusted and widely followed podcasts in its space, with a loyal audience in the millions. They are now launching a consumer app designed to support and connect women through motherhood and life's most meaningful moments. The company is founder-led, financially backed, and built around a clear mission to strengthen families and culture. The Head of Marketing will own the growth strategy across both the media brand and the consumer app - building and scaling the marketing systems, funnels, and audience strategies that turn a highly engaged following into a thriving consumer business. Responsibilities Brand & Audience Growth Own and evolve the brand voice, positioning, and visual identity across all channels Grow and deepen the existing audience through content strategy, SEO, email, social, and partnerships Partner closely with the Founder to translate her vision and voice into scalable marketing systems Leverage the podcast and existing platform as a primary distribution engine for the consumer app Build and manage a content and creative pipeline that maintains quality and consistency at scale App Go-to-Market & User Acquisition Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the consumer app from pre-launch through sustained growth Build performance marketing and paid acquisition capabilities across Meta, Tik Tok, Google, and relevant channels Own full-funnel conversion: awareness, acquisition, onboarding, retention, and referral Work directly with users and user research to sharpen messaging, positioning, and product-market fit signals Define and track the metrics that matter: CAC, LTV, retention, and engagement — and iterate relentlessly Monetization & Revenue Marketing Design and optimize sales funnels for digital products, subscriptions, and consumer offerings Build email and lifecycle marketing programs that drive conversion and long-term customer value Identify and develop partnership, affiliate, and co-marketing opportunities aligned with the brand Experience 5+ years in a marketing leadership role, with direct ownership of growth, brand, or GTM strategy Proven track record driving user acquisition and retention for a consumer app or digital product Startup or early-stage experience; comfortable building from scratch without a large team or established playbook Deep fluency in performance marketing, full-funnel strategy, and digital channel management Experience marketing to women, families, or values-driven audiences is a strong plus Strong content and brand instincts — you understand what resonates with a loyal, faith-oriented audience Motivated by purpose — genuinely energized to build work that strengthens families and culture
